The final poll in our semifinal countdown of the best new royal hats of 2015 looks at millinery from the British royals. To streamline the poll, I have omitted a number of less memorable hats (links are provided below).Click on any of the photos to jump back to original posts to see additional description and detail of the hats.
The hats with the most votes across this semifinal will move forward to a final poll that will decide this year’s winner. If you don’t think any of these hats are worthy of the title of Best of 2015, jump back to vote again for hats from Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway, the other British Royals or Monaco, Greece, Dubai and Qatar).

Do you think any of these hats deserve to be named best royal hat of the year? Cast your vote below. Voting will remain open until January 1, 2016 and you can vote for multiple hats up to four times per day.

I consider the Countess of Wessex’s hats to be among her best ever, with her cream picture slice, picture number 1, one of the best new hats this year. Her hat pictured at Number 2, is a close second. I consider the Duchess of Cambridge’s navy saucer hat picture number 16, to be her best hat ever, and one of the best hats of the year. Princess Beatrice’s orange and teal picture hat, picture number 7, was one of her best hats yet. Princess Eugenie’s teal straw cocktail hat with black crin, picture number 9, is her best hat for 2015. Zara Phillips’ navy straw cocktail hat with white crin waves, picture number 13, was her best hat, and the navy and white outfit she wore this with, was her best outfit all year. I consider Autumn Phillips’ cream rose beret cocktail hat, picture number 14, to be one of her best hats ever, and it coordinated well with her outfit.
Great roundup, Hat Queen, though I am surprised to see Kate’s navy omitted. It was my favorite on her all year, possibly ever, and seems to have been well-liked in the comments on the original post.
I agree, that navy one was one of my favourites. I’ll wait a bit to vote to see if it get’s updated.
Really? Well, let’s add it then! There were so many new hats among the British royals, it’s very difficult to decide which ones to include and which ones to omit.
