1. I love those 70s stripes! The dress was previously worn with a simpler headpiece. I actually may prefer it for its simplicity.

4. Congratulations to Princess Ayako on the birth of her second son.

   Former Princess Ayako of Takamado gave birth to her second child, a boy, at 3:14am on September 1 at Aiiku Hospital in Minato, Tokyo. Mother and child are healthy.
