Prince Albert of Monaco awarded Princess Charlene  the Grand-Croix de l’Ordre de Saint-Charles today. To receive this honor, Charlene wore a demure cream dress and hat. While the hat is a little too much of a beanie cap for me, I do think Charlene wore it well and it was suitable for the occasion.
