Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh attended Castle Rising Church this morning near Sandringham. The Queen wore a bright turquoise hat with black trim hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan last worn back in October 2010 – it’s a good hat for the queen. I particularly love how the hat coordinates with the sharp black lapels on her coat. So smart.
