Our favourite tiny-princess-with-hairbow began her academic career today in Stockholm with her first day of school. Little Princess Estelle, who was accompanied by her parents Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, wore a petite blue bowed hair clip for the occasion. Adorable!

There is something just so charming about Princess Estelle and I get the feeling that she is very close to her father, Prince Daniel. He seems to me like a man who is very calm, kind, respectful and thoughtful, carrying within him an innate sense of balance. Perhaps his previous health issues have given him a certain perspective and feeling on/for life. (All just personal musings of course). Thanks.
That is very good insight into this man, for me, he seems so wonderful, kind and thoughtful. Princess Victoria seems to have found her soul mate in him, the love they have for each other and share with the world makes me believe in love again. They are also remarkable parents to this little girl, she seems so beyond her years, strong, intelligent already, willing to learn and listen………I just so admire this royal family.
I’m not sure how a photo gives us truly good insight to anyone, royal or not. I appreciate your positive comments about this royal family but I am very wary about including our opinions about a royal’s character in the conversation here.
I made the comment on the fact that I have been following both V/D before they married. I am sorry if this upset you, he seems like such a nice man who has really been there for Victoria and they followed their hearts and married. He had a tough time getting permission to marry her as he was a commoner. They hung in there and stayed the course and won(so to speak). I think he is a credit to the family and deeply devoted to his wife and daughter as they are to him. I just really admire this family and it’s nice to see these people in a position to do some good for the people, not all royals are for the people. And without the people there would be no more royal families as so many have abused their positions and have lost. Again I will make sure I don’t comment on anything but hats as I do love hats.
No worries- sometimes it is difficult to separate our love of fashion with admiration for particular royals and I certainly don’t want to invoke a “Hats Only Discussion Policy” here! I just want the conversation here to stay away from conjecture or speculation and stick to what we can actually see.

My favorite little princess, how adorable she looks. And not dressed in a dress, just a kid out going to school with mom and dad. What a wonderful family they seem to be, I so love following this family, enjoy the love they show each other. She is going to be quite a strong intelligent woman some day thanks to the great parents that she has…………
