  1. The highlight of my week was seeing Princess Hisako’s pewter straw hat. I would love to own this one! The color was flattering, and the shape framed her face perfectly. It was also the perfect accompaniment to her classic white suit.

  2. This Week’s Extras was a very good read, as it usually is, so many thanks HatQueen. Princess Hisako of Takamado looked coolly elegant in her chic suit, beautiful jewels and that hat in pewter. The Duchess of Vendome looked casually chic. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark looked really good in that green beret. I would like to see her in a non-military one similar to it in future. King Carl Gustaf’s hat looks like someone sat on it! He does suit the fedora shape, and it is refreshing to see Royal men in hats. Prince Harry has such a good sense of humour and he is just adorable in this video.
