I realised this week, to my complete horror, that we are several months behind in choosing our favourite new and repeated royal hats of the year. It’s time to catch up!
June is always a busy month of royal activity with racing events, state visits, Trooping the Colour, and regular engagements – and that’s not counting Ascot! The busy calendar of events this month bring us many hats and this year, there were eleven repeated designs which, based on your comments, were particularly successful.

Royal Hats 
You’ve been too busy presenting all those “New” Hats from the Past, HatQueen. I’d already forgotten what a string of great toppers HM wore in June. I went with the sky blue Phillip Somerville, but the RTM comes close.
