Royal Ascot 2020 At Home: Day 5

We’ve done it, everyone- we’ve survived a spectator-barred Ryal Ascot! Thanks to Ascot Racecourse and The British Millinery Guild’s joint #StyledWithThanks campaign, we have enjoyed wonderful hats worn at home and watched the campaign’s Millinery Auction raise £50,00 and counting.

We end today with a cheeky parade of hatted looks from this year’s races that might seem familiar. Thanks to Milliners Guild for inspiring these looks! What Ascot hats at home stood out to you today on the final day of the races?

  1. I didn’t know about British milliner Eda Rose-Lawson until this week and her outfits have knocked it out of the park. If I ever needed a hat, I would go to her.

DAY 5💖💜❤💙💚💛 This year I was meant to be participating and experiencing all that Royal Ascot in England had to offer, which meant putting my best fashion foot forward. This has been a forever wish of mine to pack my bags jump on a plane from Oz to England..however due to these times, I've got to sit tight and stay put a little longer..fingers crossed next year I'll be there🙏✈🐎 Wishing I was at Royal Ascot 😍 Despite the fact I wont be able to make it to Ascot .. I do plan to join in on their fun! Ascot's hosting a virtual fashion event and their theme is “Colorful” .💖💜💙💚💛❤ @ascotracecourse are raising money for those affected by COVID-19. I've made a donation #styledwiththanks #royalascot Dress: Original custom designed and sewn by me 48hrs before Cup (had a disaster happen with my original dress😜 I pack as the sewing machine and took it to Melbs and whipped up this dress ). Millinery- An original piece, created by Me, made of Balsa wood/ glass and mirror..hands were shredded😉 📸 Talented Photographer Wendell Levi Teodoro Thank you for capturing this pic, I'm always so grateful for your time xxx💖 #Styledwiththanks #royalascot #fabulousfashion #racingfashionworld #royalascot2020 #colourful #fundraiser #fashionsonthefield #fashionsathome #fashionworld #millinery #hats #racingfashion #uniquedesign

How is it the final day of #RoyalAscot already?! Last #styledwiththanks #outfit of the week and I’ve been saving this glorious @ltmillinery rainbow boater for this sunny Saturday 🌈 Crochet dress is a @zara number and to brighten the black up a little these funky @asos shoes add a bit of colour. Mr Monkey is in another patriotic bow tie and will be thankful that he won’t have to get all glammed up next week! It’s been a weird and wonderful but brilliant week of #RoyalAscotAtHome and our #millinery auction has raised £20,000 for our frontline #covid19 charities being supported by the #styledwiththanks🌈 campaign. @frankiedettori_ rode his 70th Royal Ascot winner yesterday and signed and donated his commemorative saddle cloth to the fundraising efforts with the current bid an incredible £30,000 🏆 If you haven’t donated to the #fundraising page yet please head over to the link in my bio for how to get involved. It’s been amazing to see so many people getting #dressedup at home and I’m loving all the entries coming in today…last chance to win prizes from @moetchandon 🍾@houseofgarrard 👑 and @longines ⏱ today so dig out your #hats 👒🎩 watch the #racing 🐎🐎🐎 and share your photos! 📸❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 📸 #ootd #outfitoftheday #outfitinspiration #racingfashion #styleinspo #fashionstyle #fashionsfromhome #fashiongram @ascotracecourse

  4. Loving all the #millinersguildchallenge looks, but especially the tiny Lady Helen!

Thanks so much for keeping things rolling this week with the retrospectives and virtual Ascot posts! It’s been as fun as the real event.
