2016 best new smallAfter a very quiet month of royal hats in February, March buzzed to life with a number of new royal hats thanks to several state visits, the Cheltenham Festival and Easter. From your comments, ten new pieces stood out as particularly successful and now that I’m finally back from vacation, it’s time to choose a winner from these fine finalists.
