It took a while, but I finally found a photo of Zara Phillips at the final day of the Cheltenham Festival today. She wore a Jane Taylor designed black wool structured percher with jewelled feather detail on the side. I think this hat is a winner… unlike her husband’s horse which sadly, didn’t finish the race.

Royal Hats 
SWOON! Loving the whole look- hat, coat, fur collar, gloves, EVERYTHING. This girl can carry off just about any hat.
Zara is indeed, one of my favourite royal hat wearers!
I love Zara’s hat here- her coat is gorgeous and looks really nice with a black hat, gloves and purse. Much better than yesterday.
Just a random thought – the Pope is the leader of the Catholic church, as well as Sovereign of the Paple State. As he is king of Vatican City, you could also cover the Pope’s hats 🙂
I think that since the Pope is considered a religious leader rather than a member of royalty, we’ll leave his hat coverage to the ecclesiastical blogs out there! I was wondering, Gottfried- which one of Zara’s hats did you like most this week?
