The Norwegian Royal Family attended an open air church service this morning in Queen’s Park as the beginning of birthday celebrations for Crown Princess Mette-Marit’s 40th birthday tomorrow. The weather was quite wet and I thought it was very cute to see the entire family in Wellies! Queen Sonja wore a very cute red rain hat with upturned brim and side bow while the only other royal in a hat, Ari Behn, wore a relaxed fedora. It wasn’t exactly a hat parade but the whole family looked relaxed and very happy.
