Yesterday afternoon, Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik of Denmark inaugurated the newly restored Brede Allé (Broad Avenue) in the gardens at Fredensborg Palace. Following the ceremony, they toured the updated avenue by carriage. Queen Margrethe repeated the lovely blue picture hat with white under brim we first saw earlier this summer for her eldest grandson’s confirmation. Every time I see this hat, I like it more and more.

i do really like the contrast on this one with the white under brim – that particular shade of blue is really a good one for many people I still am kind of surprised how summer like so many of the Euro royals have been appearing in I need to check again – know it’s been warm and a long extend of summer like weather as we all seem to be experiencing more and more global warming. However I did read predictions were for a very cold, harsh winter least where I am.
Very chic hat, yes I do like this one on her and wish I had that in my collection. The style looks good also besides the color.
