Danish Royal Hunt

On Thursday, members of the Danish Royal Family were on hand for the Royal Hunt at Fredensborg Castle. Prince Henrik wore a natty tweed hunting cap that I thought suited him quite well…

…until I saw the rest of his outfit.

You saw it here first, folks- the latest in Scandinavian camo chic. Here’s a glimpse of Prince Joachim in a super-pinched fedora to calm your eyes.

Outfits and snazzy socks aside, these hats are both rather dapper, aren’t they?

  1. If a ‘mature’ royal lady wears a crazy outfit we all gush that she has her own style, she’s confident in her own skin and good for her for being unique. Why can’t we say the same thing about royal men?

  2. Hahah, how humorous. Although, he might have been going old school. Like really old school. I’m usually a lurker here, but now I had to comment. He might have been going for a combination of these dapper dudes.

  3. I’ve never commented here before but since my kids are on the floor in total convulsions about this I had to say something! My husband is wondering what kind of bet he lost to have to go out in public in this!

Thanks for the laugh on a very cold Saturday afternoon! This blog is smart, funny, thoughtful and so entertaining. Keep up the great work!
