Royal Hats 
This is so interesting. Sophie’s Jane Taylor is excellent, but I’m surprised that Maxima’s Fabienne Delvigne is such a hit. It is indeed fun and a great match to the wearer and occasion, but I would have ranked it maybe third or fourth among the July/August new designs. I think this crowd always loves a picture hat!
