Lovely photos of the Hereditary Grand Duke and Duchess of Luxembourg with wee Prince Charles

We end the week with the Duchess of Cornwall, who was aided at a Battersea kennel charity by her Jack Russel terrier Beth, who is an alumna of the organization. I believe a sausage was also involved.

  1. Thank you Hat Queen for featuring my animal print felt & leather fedora. Your blog helps keeping my spirits up: we have just entered another severe lockdown here in the Netherlands, for five weeks, so it is going to be a very quiet Christmas. I sometimes have difficulty not feeling downhearted when I see the empty streets and closed shops instead of the usual Christmas hustle and bustle.

Rescue dog Beth is a real treat!

  2. Wow, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo are a lovely couple. Her hatband is great. I like the burgundy against the green jacket.

Happy Birthday Empress Masako! She looks so lovely!

Oh man, Prince Charles of Luxembourg is so cute! His parents always look so delighted. What a lovely family.

Love the video of Camilla and the dog. It was so charming.

    – Cloche’s are making a comback and I’m here for it. Love the blush felt cloche with pleated brim and silk hatband by Temperli. Beatrice Borromeo?
    – I saw Wies’ leopard melusine felt trilby earlier this week and love it. So many Royals would look incredible in it. Queen Maxima, Queen Mathilde, Zara Tindall, Autumn Phillips. That hat is stunningly chic!
    – Princess Hisako would look lovely in the cerise felt button percher with sparkling beads and double back bows from Rachel Trevor Morgan
    – What a delicate beauty of a straw sideweep saucer by Jennifer Wrynne. That would look so pretty at Royal Ascot on the Countess of Wessex.
    – Love the stunning black and white statement hat with fuchsia feather trim by Amelda Millinery. Definitely Zara Tindall.
