Congratulations to Prince Louis of Luxembourg on his engagement to Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue.
We end this week with beautiful words from the Princess Royal about her dad

Ironically, when Prince Philip died, I was reading 2 books that featured him.
“Elizabeth and Margaret” by Andrew Morton
“The Rose Code” by Kate Quinn (fiction)
If anyone is interested in some books to read while you are in various stages of Covid lockdown (I’m in our 3rd, hopefully you are not), I highly recommend these.
Nice news from Luxembourg. Congratulations to the happy couple!
Lovely, sentimental statement from Princess Anne. The Countess of Wessex also spoke quite eloquently on Sunday.
– I love the colors in the coffee and tan vintage straw by British milliner Kate Thomas. This would look nice on Princess Anne.
– The red straw design by Italian brand Gallia e Peter would look great on Queen Mathilde.
– I like the 1940’s design in pink and blue straw with colourful feathers by American milliner Conney Borda. This would look great on Princess Charlene.
– Jolana Kotabova is quickly becoming one of my favorite milliners. The edgy black felt stylized trilby would look so great on many Royal heads, especially Zara Tindall, Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, Princess Charlene. It’s a great, modern take on a timeless design.
Excellent styling, Shanon. I especially like your choice of the Kate Thomas for Princess Anne. I want desperately to see the robin’s nest on a royal head, perhaps at the Buckingham Palace garden parties, although I suppose those are off for this year. Sophie would carry off the whimsy so well.
