Such a pretty yellow hat with silk crepe covered crown, textured straw brim bound in grey binding and a grey and yellow dyed ostrich feather pouf. Designed by Angela Kelly and made by Stella Mclaren, the Queen wore this between 2015 and 2017.

This is one of my favorites, too. The feather pouf is so fun, and the grey pairs perfectly with the soft yellow.
I’m saying “Oh yes, one of my favourites” quite a lot with these recent hats and I realise they all have in common that the trim is more centrally placed at the front than with many of HM’s hats.
I’m still trying to decide if this is a factor in being pleasing to my eye, or just a coincidence!
I remember the Queen wore some really lovely outfits on her 2015 visit to Germany, and I recall liking this ensemble at the time. An interesting colour combo and a very successful hat.
Such a pretty hat this one, the ombré feathers are gorgeous and just make this such a flattering look. This one is definitely up there as one of her recent bests.
This is a pretty hat in quite an unusual colour combination. The soft yellow teamed with the grey works well. The ostrich feather pouf is fun.
A very pretty coat on Her Majesty with the buttons picking up the grey hat trim. Two more gorgeous brooches. I think it’s almost 70 years since The Queen was gifted the stunning Australian Wattle Brooch.
Nice.
