Queen Elizabeth attended the Cartier Queen’s Cup Final at Guards Polo Club today. For this event held in Egham, which is close to Windsor, the Queen repeated a bright watermelon pink hat we have not seen since 2005. The hat features a textured straw flat crown, a transparent straw upturned brim and aside spray of matching feathers behind a lover’s knot bow. I think it is a great match with this textured coat and while it’s a lot of bright pink, it looks great on Her Majesty, doesn’t it?

It was designed by Phillip Somerville, not Rachel Trevor Morgan.
Great colour and I like that she wears things more than once. Isn’t that just a wonderful outfit all the way around.
Yes, I think this whole outfit is great on the Queen.
Love her in this shade. Must be very hard to carry on with Prince Phillip in the hospital.
My goodness I didnt even see theese pictures of the Queen. She looks just beautiful in this pink coat and hat. She is such a strong lady.
Absolutely agree, lovely colour on her. But (I hate to be a pedant!) the hat is far from new; was spotted back in 2006 for her 80th birthday!
