While numerous royal hats stood out at Ascot this year, the results of our June poll showed that you, dear readers, had five very clear favourites:

And your   favourite hat of Ascot 2014? The Countess of St. Andrews in Yvette Jelfs’ side slant picture hat with lip detail on the brim and silk rose trim, worn on Day 4
