With concerning news about the Queen’s health today, all royal watching eyes are firmly fixed in Scotland. On Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay and the Princess Royal enjoyed the Braemar Games.
The Duchess of Rothesay repeated her green fabric covered beret with stunning statement pheasant feather trim.

The lines of the hat are fantastic and give the small scale design such interest. Anne wears red well and this design is a great addition to her wardrobe.

While our thoughts and hearts are with the Queen, I thought we might be lifted with this great pair of berets.

It was wonderful to see Camilla in this beret again and that the feathers still look crisp as ever.
I though Anne’s was a repeat at first, but I believe Jimbo is correct it’s a hat twin with that green one, and is also similar size and shape to other red hats she’s worn, hence my brain jumbling them all together.
It was nice to see them enjoying each other’s company just before this week’s tragedy.
I love Anne’s red hat, she looks fabulous.
I love Anne’s new red hat. Same block as her recent forest green hat?

It almost seems disrespectful commenting today. My prayers and kind thoughts to all the Royal Hats followers here.
Two lovely hats. Anne looked fab – one of her best ever tweedy looks.
