Wow! Such a wonderful, large array of varied styles and shapes. Some of the fascinators would be perfectly appropriate today! I recognize some from this batch of hats from the outstanding 70 Countdown Series back in April and May. If only more color photos were available! Hat Queen, you’ve outdone yourself again.
I love seeing how, as Princess, HM fully embraced the experimentation and variety expressed in millinery of the 1940s and early 1950s.
