The final day of Royal Ascot saw the king and queen in the first royal carriage, rounding out their attendance at all five days of this year’s racing week.
King Charles repeated his black antique silk top hat.

Queen Camilla repeated a cream straw picture hat with off-center, peaked crown and gently side sweeping brim. The hat is trimmed with triple stacked silk hatbands and a goose biot feather starburst on the side.

What sets this cream hat apart from numerous others in Camilla’s wardrobe is the spectacular feather starburst, which makes a wonderful, textural statement. The streamlined boat neck of Camilla’s dress pairs well with this piece and the ensemble’s styling, with chunkier gold jewelry than she usually wears, was on point.

Royal Hats 
Camilla’s hat today is her best of the whole week. She certainly played it safe, though, wearing FOUR cream/off white hats, and a pale minty colored hat – I was hoping for more color for your new queen.
Assuming the king wore the same grey suit all week, and judging by the trousers’ wrinkled appearance today, a trip to the dry cleaners would be in order. Ha ha.
Yes, he did wear the same suit all week but the tailoring on that suit? It’s incredible.
King Charles was very smart and understated in this silver, grey look with his black top hat. He looked splendid standing next to Lady Frederick.
The Queen Consort’s cream hat is really lovely and the starburst detail makes it stand out.
I agree this hat looks better worn with some colour.

Ehh, another all-white ensemble. What’s worse is she’s previously worn this hat with a lovely blue outfit. Ah, well she did choose a white hat with fun trim and interesting gold jewelry; not to mention we got 5 days of hats from Camilla at Ascot, so I will smile for this abundance!

The overall look follows the Queen’s style pattern, but has a more modern, crisp edge. Very sharp.
