So glad to see Lady Carolyn Warren in something new and such a vibrant color like this. Unfortunately this was a rare hat and outfit misstep for Carole Middleton IMO.
Another hat that stood out to me (beyond all the fantastic ones already featured) was Belinda Strudwick’s scarlet top hat and trouser suit:
