Dutch Queen Launches Internship Program

Queen Máxima lended her support to a management intership program yesterday, attending the launch of Amsterdams Stagepact MBO at Capital C in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She repeated a midnight blue felt fedora.

I’ve said before, in theory, a monochrome fedora is a wonderfully chic pairing for this dress but the awkwardly curved brim on this one makes it a miss for me.

Recent Outings for Hitachi Couple

How lovely to see Princess Hanako at two official events recently. On Tuesday, March 26, she repeated a navy silk sovepipe hat with cream brim trimmed with a tulle veil and loop at the back at a charity fundraiser.

On Friday, March 29, Prince Hitachi and Princess Hanako attended a student invention exhibition and awards ceremony at the Science and Technology Museum in Tokyo.

 

Princess Hanako repeated a vibrant green silk hat trimmed in white dotted net tulle.

Also today, Queen Mary wore a grey stitched brim fedora to open of a new part of Dyrehaven (Deer Park) in Naerum.

Teresa Urquijo Moreno married José Luis Martínez-Almeida, the Mayor of Madrid, yesterday. She is the daughter of Beatriz Moreno y de Borbón and Lucas Urquijo y Fernandez-Araoz, granddaughter of Princess Teresa of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and a great-granddaughter of Infante Alfonso, Duke of Calabria and Infanta Alicia, Duchess of Calabria (aunt of King Juan Carlos). The bride wore a reworked version of the same dress previously worn by her mother and grandmother.

Members of the British royal family attended Easter Matins service at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on Sunday. Queen Camilla repeated a jade straw hat with velvet hatband, brim binding and intertwined loops.
